- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience I've ever had with an emergency facility. I highly recommend that you avoid the facility and if your situation is dire avoid seeing Dr Chao and ask for Kelly the PA! My personal experience with her 2 days in a Row was something worth reporting and ensuring people are aware of. She discharged me with an incorrect diagnosis, (thus returning the following day). She has no empathy, she is rude, has a total disregard for being thorough and attentive, and did not conduct an exam or run a single test on me while I was in severe pain with a high temp and in her care. Her exact initial words to me on my return visit the following morning, after my husband had to drive over from Dallas to take me back in, were "what do you want me to do for you". How OFFENSIVE and unsympathetic can one be and she is the DOCTOR in an ER?July 25, 2017by Paige Sears
